Sandra Saraon

This is a shock to read! I knew Sarah for our high school and college years. As the memorial states- Sarah loved to smile and had a great outlook of on life. But there was that but…

Sarah and I were inseparable in high school! And became roommates in college before she moved to TX.

My brother found an iguana at our college Montclair State outside the cafeteria and he gave me the iguana to take care of since he lived in the dorms still. Sarah was thrilled to take him in, toeless and in rough condition. Sarah got him the medical treatment needed and we set up a healthy environment for him. (Almost burned down the apt with the heat lamp one night- but minor detail!) I saw Sarah years later after returning to visit her mom and she had the iguana with her and I was amazed. Sarah brought the iguana from a sickly little guy to this huge, healthy and loved iguana!
So many high school memories as well!! Hot tub parties, pineapple on a string, ghosts in the attic, ‘the cow’, bump bump errrr, Burger King, lunch and math periods and so many many more!

To Sarah’s family- I am so so sorry to hear this. I hope Sarah has found her peace. Xoxoxo
